Dishes to share at our restaurant in Portopetro
Happiness is better when it’s shared. Which is why we have a selection of dishes to share which will make your evenings and dinners an authentic feast. Delicacies such as our Andalusian style calamari with lime mayonnaise and pickled red onion, our grilled octopus with baked potatoes or our prawns in Brik pasta with two sauces make up the dishes to share which come from the sea, which is right next to our establishment. On the other hand, our homemade chicken croquettes, our spectacular Iberian ham with crystal bread, tomato, extra virgin olive oil and coconut salt or our delicate foie-gras with sautéed figs and Palo liqueur sauce make up our land dishes. All accompanied by a delicious crystal bread with ramallet tomato or patatas bravas from s’Horta in the centre of the table.
Continue the sharing with our starters
Continuing on with the idea of “the more, the better” we have our starters at our restaurant in Portocolom. Grilled or wok vegetables are a great option for example. Or some of Grandmas Andalusian “migas” with grilled peppers. If you really want to enjoy a good starter, but on a smaller scale for one or two people, you might like our cannelloni’s filled with tomato, pine nuts and a pesto béchamel or our fresh wok noodles with either vegetables, chicken, beef or spicy prawns.
Healthy dishes and raw food in Mallorca
For those who prefer something a little healthier, or who love raw food, we have an extremely fresh goat’s cheese salad with macerated seasonal fruit and a honey vinaigrette. And also a buds and prawn salad with a dressing. Now that summer is approaching it’s a great option. In the selection of raw foods, you can choose amongst a Black Angus carpaccio with parmesan and rocket, a salmon ceviche with avocado, orange and chilli or a tuna tataki with an almond cream and grape granita.
